Dynamic James Disc Jockey service agrees to provide music
entertainment from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am on the date(s) listed
above (Additional hours of DJ service: $100 per hour).
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve disc
jockey entertainment for the date(s) listed above.

provided for DJ on date listed above (if not, add additional fee of $30).

The balance due
should be paid in full at the event, prior to event start time.

Method of payment:
The balance due is to be paid IN CASH unless other arrangements have been
agreed upon by Dynamic James DJ Entertainment prior to the event.

In the unlikely
event of an emergency (i.e. illness, accident, act of God) it shall
be the duty of Dynamic James DJ Entertainment to attempt to arrange a
replacement DJ as required to fulfill this contract agreement.
